GGC-backed Harrell's Car Wash Systems buys New England Car Wash Equipment
Generation Growth Capital-backed Harrell's Car Wash Systems Inc, has acquired Littleton, Massachusetts-based New England Car Wash Equipment LLC, a provider of car wash systems and supplies. No financial terms were disclosed. Bell Capital Finance provided the senior financing for the deal.
