Arsenal to acquire Cyalume for $45 mln

Arsenal Capital Partners has agreed to acquire Cyalume Technologies Holdings Inc for a cash consideration of $45 million. The deal is expected to close in September 2017. Greenberg Traurig is serving as legal counsel to Cyalume while Cassel Salpeter & Co. LLC is providing financial advice. Also, DLA Piper LLP (US) is providing legal counsel to Arsenal Capital Partners on the transaction. Headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Cyalume is a producer of specialty chemicals and pharmaceutical components.
