PE-backed Valentus buys PoloPlaz

Valentus Specialty Chemicals, a portfolio company of Huron Capital, has acquired Jacksonville, Ark.-based PoloPlaz Inc, a maker of high performance wood floor coatings for gymnasium and residential applications. No financial terms were disclosed.
