True Wind Capital completes take-private ARI acquisition

True Wind Capital has closed its previously announced take-private buyout of ARI Network Services for $7.10 per share. As a result, ARI will no longer trade on the NASDAQ. KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc and Houlihan Lokey served as financial advisers to ARI on the deal. ARI is a provider of provider of SaaS, software tools and marketing services.
