Vista to acquire Applause

Vista Equity Partners has agreed to acquire Applause, a Boston and Berlin-based provider of digital experience solutions and app testing. No financial terms were disclosed. Goldman Sachs was the lead financial adviser to Applause on the deal while Jefferies LLC served as financial adviser to Vista. Latham & Watkins LLP provided legal advice to Applause, with Kirkland & Ellis LLP doing likewise for Vista.
