Tower Three invests in Parterre

Tower Three Partners has acquired a controlling stake in Parterre Flooring Systems. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Wilmington, Massachusetts, Parterre is a maker of luxury vinyl tile, plank and sheet flooring products.
