PE-backed market research firms Research Now and SSI to merge

Market research companies Research Now and Survey Sampling International have agreed to merge. No financial terms were disclosed. Research Now is backed by Court Square Capital Partners while SSI is backed by HGGC. Both Court Square and HGGC will remain majority shareholders in the newly combined business after the deal closes.
