CPDQ and PSP Investments to invest in Fives

La Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board will each acquire a "significant" minority stake in Fives, a French industrial engineering company. No financial terms were disclosed. Fives' current backer Ardian will be a minority co-investor.
