PE-backed ATI hires CFO

ATI Physical Therapy, a portfolio company of Advent International, has named Samuel Allen Hamood as chief financial officer. Hamood will also act as senior adviser to Advent. Previously, Hamood worked at Change HealthCare Corporation where he was an executive vice president and chief financial officer. ATI is a provider of physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
