Veritas to sell Anaren for about $775 mln

Veritas Capital has agreed to sell Anaren Inc to TTM Technologies for about $775 million. The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2018. Barclays was financial adviser to TTM on the transaction while Houlihan Lokey and Evercore did likewise for Anaren. Based in Syracuse, New York, Anaren is a maker of high-frequency RF and microwave microelectronics, components, and assemblies for the space, defense and telecommunications sectors.
