Ardian explores ESIM sale: Bloomberg

Ardian SAS is considering selling ESIM Chemicals, which could fetch 400 million euros ($490 million), Bloomberg reported. Preliminary information has been sent to potential bidders, the story said. ESIM, of Linz, Austria, makes chemicals, ingredients and additives used widely in agrochemicals for animal feed.
