Centre Partners buys Nearly Natural

Centre Partners has acquired Hialeah, Florida-based Nearly Natural LLC, an e-commerce platform that sells artificial plants, flowers and trees. No financial terms were disclosed; however, Monroe Capital provided a senior credit facility to back the transaction.
