CI Capital takes majority stake in Redwood Logistics
CI Capital Partners has acquired a majority stake in Chicago-based Redwood Logistics, a provider of truckload, transportation management and technology services. No financial terms were disclosed. Republic Partners was financial adviser to Redwood Logistics on the transaction. CI Capital will merge Redwood Logistics with portfolio company Simplified Logistics to form a logistics platform that will operate as Redwood Logistics.
