H.I.G. buys T&C

H.I.G. Capital has acquired Lakewood, New Jersey-based Town & Country Holdings Inc, a provider of kitchen textiles, table linens, bath textiles and accessories, performance and decorative rugs and mats, and other home products to retailers. No financial terms were disclosed.
