Cairngorm Capital buys North Yorkshire Timber, will merge it with Thornbridge

Cairngorm Capital Partners has acquired UK-based timber merchant North Yorkshire Timber. No financial terms were disclosed. Cairngorm will merge North Yorkshire Timber with portfolio company Thornbridge. Clive Owen LLP provided financial advice to Cairngorm and North Yorkshire Timber on the deal.
