Crystal Financial promotes 5 executives

Crystal Financial LLC said March 28 that it promoted five executives: Cheryl Carner and Evren Ozargun were named senior managing director, Tyler Harrington and Kenny Smith were promoted to managing director and Case Fedor was made an assistant vice president.
