PE-backed Serenova hires CMO and CFO

Serenova, which is backed by Marlin Equity Partners, has named Michelle Burrows as chief marketing officer and David Nelson as chief financial officer. Burrows is a former vice president of marketing and analytics at Comcast Business while Nelson was CFO of Periscope Holdings. Serenova is a contact center-as-a-service and workforce optimization provider.
