THL-backed HighTower to buy Salient Private Client

HighTower, a portfolio company of Thomas H. Lee Partners LP, has agreed to buy Salient Private Client, the wealth management business of Salient Partners LP. Financial terms weren’t announced. Salient Private Client, of Houston, provides wealth management for individuals, families and foundations.
