Warburg Pincus to invest in Reorg Research

Warburg Pincus has agreed to invest in Reorg Research, a provider of real-time news, analysis and commentary on issues affecting the distressed debt, event-driven and leveraged finance markets. No financial terms were disclosed. Evercore provided financial advice to Reorg on the transaction while Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP was legal counsel. And, Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as legal counsel to Warburg Pincus.
