Palo Alto Networks to buy VC-backed RedLock for about $173 mln
Palo Alto Networks has agreed to acquire RedLock Inc, a cybersecurity company, for about $173 million. RedLock's backers included Sierra Ventures, Storm Ventures and Dell Technologies Capital.
