Compass to buy VC-backed Contactually
Compass has agreed to acquire Contactually, a Washington, DC-based software and service company, according to a blog post on its site. No financial terms were disclosed. Contactually's backers included Grotech Ventures, Rally Ventures, Correlation Ventures, Point Nine Capital, 500 Startups, Bull City Venture Partners and Middleland Capital.
