Kingbird Properties rebrands as Kingbird Investment Management, hires capital markets director

Kingbird Properties, the real estate subsidiary of Grupo Ferré Rangel, has rebranded as Kingbird Investment Management. Also, Kingbrand has named Lei Ferrand as director of capital markets. Her work background includes roles at The Walton Group of Companies and The Vanguard Group.
