PE-backed Gemini adds ex-3i chairman and managing partner to board

Gemini Bioproducts LLC, which is backed by BelHealth Investment Partners LLC, has named Bob Stefanowski to its board of directors. Stefanowski is the former chairman and managing partner of 3i Group and ex-CEO of DFC Global. Also, he was a CEO and president of several General Electric divisions. Gemini is a maker of biological products and chemical reagents for the cell culture.
