Providence to buy GlobalTranz from TJC

Providence Equity Partners has agreed to acquire GlobalTranz Enterprises Inc, a technology-driven third-party logistics solutions provider, from The Jordan Company. The deal is expected to close within 60 days. Harris Williams & Co. and Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised GlobalTranz while Weil, Gotshal & Manges advised Providence.
