Instructure Raises $30M From Bessemer, EPIC, TomorrowVentures
Instructure said it raised $30 million of Series D funding in a deal led by Bessemer Venture Partners and joined by existing investors, including EPIC Ventures and TomorrowVentures. The company now has raised a total of $50 million. Bessemer Partner Byron Deeter has joined the board.
