Cardinal Equity Partners sells Corporate Imaging Concepts to Berkley Capital

Berkley Capital, LLC, the private equity investment vehicle of W.R. Berkley Corporation, bought Corporate Imaging Concepts, LLC, a portfolio company of Cardinal Equity Partners. CIC provides supply chain technology for the promotional products market. Investment banking firm Greene Holcomb Fisher served as financial advisor to CIC.
