Denham Capital invests $300 mln in Tall City Exploration II

Denham Capital made a $300 million investment in Midland, Texas-based Tall City Exploration II LLC. The new company, to be led by Michael Oestmann, will pursue oil and gas assets throughout the Permian Basin.
