Chiltern Capital takes significant minority stake in Vantage Finance

Chiltern Capital bought a significant minority stake in Vantage Finance, a specialist broker for commercial mortgages, secured loans, and bridging finance. Terms of the investment were not disclosed. The deal was first announced on May 3, 2016. Corporate finance house Livingstone Partners LLP advised Vantage on the deal.
