PE-owned eVerifile sells customer care division to CEO

Railroad workforce safety company eVerifile sold its customer care division, Everifile CS, to CEO Mark Wilson. Bob Ingalls will take over as CEO, and Wilson will merge Everifile CS with Chime Solutions, a contact center outsourcing company based in Morrow, Georgia. Private equity companies Frontier Capital, Magic Johnson Enterprises and Yucaipa Company own eVerifile.
