Adidas agrees to sell Mitchell & Ness to entity primarily owned by Juggernaut

The adidas Group agreed to sell headwear and apparel business Mitchell & Ness to a newly formed entity primarily owned by Juggernaut Capital Partners. At the time of closing, the adidas Group will record a one-time positive P&L impact in the low- to mid- double-digit million euro range. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2016.
