Thompson Street completes recap of Global Software

Thompson Street Capital Partners completed a recapitalization of Global Software, Inc., a provider of Microsoft Excel-based software headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. The transaction closed on May 2, 2016. Deloitte Corporate Finance LLC served as exclusive financial advisor to Global Software.
