Accel-KKR to acquire spend management platform SciQuest for $509 mln

Affiliates of Accel-KKR, a technology-focused private equity firm, agreed to buy SciQuest, Inc. for $17.75 per share in cash, or $509 million. SciQuest provides a platform to help companies managing spending.
