Acquisition of majority stake in Radius Bancorp by group including PE firms closes

A transaction involving PE firms Patriot Financial Partners, GCP Capital Partners, and BayBoston Capital received regulatory approval and has closed. The group of private investors acquired approximately 95 percent of Radius Bancorp, Inc. and committed an additional $18 million, for a total investment of $63 million.
