IIT raises $4 mln to market video-collaboration technology
Innovative Imaging Technologies Inc (ITT), creator of video-collaboration platform Reacts, has secured $4 million in funding. The 10 investors in the round included Desjardins-Innovatech, Claridge Inc, Investissements W3, Fonds de solidarité FTQ and Hacking Health Accelerator. Launched in 2014 by Dr. Yanick Beaulieu, ITT designed Reacts to support remote communications, education and supervision in the healthcare industry. The Montréal-based company plans to use the funds raised to accelerate commercialization of its technology and tap into new markets in Canada and abroad.
