Dynegy to buy Energy Capitals 35% stake in Atlas JV

Dynegy Inc said June 15 that it plans to acquire Energy Capital Partners’ 35 percent stake in an Atlas joint venture they formed in February 2016. The value of the total transaction is $750 million. The deal includes ENGIE’s 9,058 megawatt U.S. fossil portfolio.
