Clearlake Capital Group LP said June 20 that it closed its buy of Vision Solutions Inc from Thoma Bravo. The deal was announced in May. Irvine, California-based Vision Solutions provides software solutions designed to protect data, minimize downtime and maximize resources for data centers.
