Index picks up $19 mln Series B
San Francisco-based retail software company Index has secured $19 million in Series B funding. General Catalyst led the round with participation from Rob Gierkink, founder of Datalogix. In addition to the funding, David Fialkow, co-founder and managing director of General Catalyst, has been added to Index's board of directors while Gierkink has been appointed chair of it.
