eBay to acquire VC-backed SalesPredict
According to an announcement on its site, ecommerce titan eBay has agreed to acquire Israel-based SalesPredict, a provider of analytics that predict customer-buying behavior and sales conversion. No financial terms were disclosed. SalesPredict's backers include Redline Capital, KGC Capital and Pitango Venture Capital.
