Pediatric Therapy Services, a portfolio company of Shore Capital Partners, has recapitalized AlphaVista Services. Financial terms weren’t announced. AlphaVista provides speech language pathology, occupational therapy, special education, school psychology and related services to a variety of public school districts and private learning centers. CHILDS Advisory Partners provided buy-side acquisition services to PTS and Shore Capital. McDermott Will & Emery LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP provided legal advice.
