VC-backed PagerDuty appoints Tejada as CEO
San Francisco-based PagerDuty, a provider of incident management solutions, has named Jennifer Tejada as CEO. Previously, she was the president and CEO of Keynote Systems. PagerDuty’s backers include Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Baseline Ventures and Ignition Partners.
