CVRx Inc raises $113 mln

CVRx Inc said Aug 9 it raised $113 million, which included $93 million in equity financing and a $20 million debt facility. JJDC Inc was the lead investor, with participation from existing investors New Enterprise Associates Inc and Ysios BioFund I F.C.R. New investors in the Series G financing included Gilde Healthcare Partners, Action Potential Venture Capital Ltd and Windham Venture Partners. The $20 million loan agreed was with Oxford Finance LLC. Minneapolis-based CVRx is a private medical device company. Leerink Partners LLC provided financial advice for the equity fund raising.
