Hamilton adds CD&R operating partner to board

Bermuda-based Hamilton Insurance Group, a holding company for insurance and reinsurance operations that underwrite property and casualty risks in Bermuda, the U.S. and at Lloyd's, has named Russell P. Fradin to its board of directors. Fradin is an operating partner at Clayton, Dubilier & Rice. He is also the former president and CEO of SunGard Data Systems.
