33Across Appoints VP

Ryan Ricci is joining startup 33Across, formerly a veteran of Tremor Video. He will be VP of East Coast sales with the New York-based startup. Backers in the social targeting company include First Round Capital, Pelion Ventures, and Flybridge Capital Partners.
