PE-backed Shoes For Crews to buy SureGrip Footwear

Shoes For Crews LLC, a CCMP Capital portfolio company, has agreed to buy the SureGrip Footwear subsidiary of Genesco. Financial terms weren’t announced. SureGrip makes occupational, slip-resistant footwear for the hospitality, grocery, foodservice, healthcare and industrial industries.
