KKR in $208.3 mln financing deal with Dentix

KKR has agreed to provide 200 million euros ($208.3 million) of long-term credit financing to Dentix. Madrid-based Dentix provides orthodontic, cosmetic and periodontal services through 251 clinics that it operates in four countries (Spain, Italy, Mexico and Colombia).
