Spotify acquires VC-backed blockchain startup Mediachain Labs
Spotify has acquired Brooklyn, New York-based Mediachain Labs, a blockchain startup, according to an announcement by the former. No financial terms were disclosed. Mediachain's backers included Andreessen Horowitz, Union Square Ventures and RRE Ventures, as per Crunchbase data.
