Ampersand Capital Partners announced the sale of Roadrunner Pharmacy to Vets First Choice, a provider of tech-enabled healthcare services for pet and equine veterinary doctors. In 2012 Ampersand invested in a partial recapitalization of Roadrunner, which supplies prescription drugs to vet clinics and pet owners.
