Clearlake recaps FloWorks

Clearlake Capital Group LP said Sept. 7 that it has recapitalized FloWorks International LLC in partnership with the company existing financial sponsor, TowerBrook Capital Partners LP. Financial terms weren’t announced. FloWorks, of Houston, is a specialty industrial distributor of pipe, valves, and fittings and related technical solutions to the energy and industrial sectors.
