3TS opens new Washington, D.C. office, names Totia to head U.S. operations

European tech growth capital investor 3TS Capital Partners has opened a new office in Washington, D.C. and named Sever Totia as partner to head U.S. operations. Most recently, Totia was a partner at Edison Partners.
