Thompson Street Capital Partners Fund IV closes at $640 mln
Thompson Street Capital Partners said Tuesday it closed its latest fund with $640 million in commitments, exceeding the pool’s hard cap of $600 million. The target for TSCP IV was $500 million. Park Hill served as placement agent. St. Louis-based Thomson Street Capital invests in founder-led middle market companies in North America with EBITDA between $4 million to $15 million.
